Suzuki Guitar Instructor

Profile

: Seeking a Suzuki Guitar instructor to teach starting immediately. Saturday teaching availability is highly desirable. Candidates should be Suzuki Method certified (Book 1 or higher) and have experience teaching students of all ages with a broad range of abilities.
Duties
: Individual instruction utilizing the Suzuki method for students ages 4 and above, and individual instruction utilizing traditional methods for older students including adults. Assist with and/or teach weekly group lessons. Active participation in departmental activities for students and faculty.
Qualifications
: A Master’s Degree in guitar performance, music education, or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of the Suzuki philosophy.
Salary
: Compensation will be awarded according to qualifications and experience.
