THE BUDGET IS A PLACE HOLDER!!! PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR BID>....... I need 54 characters designed with their individual corresponding background setting, I will provide the description of each character and its background. Each with a title to each character in the same font. Each character will be in game card format. Each character must follow the same theme of design, look and feel. I would also like the option to have each character animated for 1-3 seconds. Ability to create animations from these characters is a plus, the design style must be consistent if we ever need to create animated clips. Every artist has their style so please send a sample of your style with any Bids, thank you.
