Boutique production company is seeking to hire a Production Coordinator. Looking for someone to assist with the different needs of the company, from creative development to talent management and all stages of production.
The Production Coordinator will work closely with the team to support all aspects of director / client management, pitching, prep, production, wrap. This role will be assisting in the day-to-day management of the production company, acting as a link between company, directors, client and agency. Excellent communication skills, foster strong client relationships, have an understanding of talent management & production and ensure the team is delivering materials that meet client expectations and are on time.
Position is currently remote, until further notice. Opportunity to move up quickly.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing production management
• Research & Development on projects
• Assisting with bidding projects
• Preparing reels for projects
• Attending meetings and conference calls with directors and client/agency
• Coordinating treatment & pitch development
• Sourcing new talent and fostering new client relationships
Qualifications
• Working knowledge of the production process
• Some experience bidding projects a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, along with strong time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS office products such as: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Designer experience a plus, to assist with treatment development, company systems, marketing
