JOB DESCRIPTION
The Culture Manager is responsible for building brand relevance through the execution of programs in the playgrounds of Music and Dance, with a particular focus on Music. Delivering unique events, working with artists, social opinion leaders and through building an extensive network, the Culture Manager develops brand affinity which contributes to the overall business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING & COLLABORATION
* Have your finger on the pulse of the culture landscape and consistently identify emerging trends & scenes to build for the future
* Influence business planning by leading the development and build-out of the locally relevant culture programs
* Contribute to cross-functional planning, leveraging departmental strengths to create impactful plans for the brand
* Support the Red Bull brand activation strategy at relevant third-party events
EVENTS & PROJECTS
* Lead project management and execution of the annual Culture Marketing business plan, always ensuring product availability and perfect production executions
* Implement and manage event ticketing initiatives and maximize incremental revenue from relevant partnerships
* Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to deliver below the line marketing plans and support the Communications team to achieve the best media output
* Develop key relationships with the International HQ specialists to share insights & learnings, best practice and ensure they thoroughly support and are aligned to our local plans
ARTISTS & SOCIAL OPINION LEADERS
* Establish a strong network in the local culture scene to maintain awareness of emerging trends and connect with key opinion leaders
* Identify artists and opinion leaders to drive product trial and amplify our existing culture initiatives
* Discover opportunities to create the right artist and/or industry moments designed to deliver unique brand experiences and add to our overall Marketing initiatives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of Marketing experience with a focus on music, lifestyle and experiential
2. Interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
3. Flexible and proactive attitude, able to cope with fast changing environment
4. Full clean driving licence
