Seeking a full time office assistant for an immediate opening at an established and busy production company in Studio City area.
Duties include, but are not limited to QuickBooks data entry, project tracking, following up on past due invoices, and administrative support for the studio manager and accountant.
Qualifications:
• One year relevant experience and bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel specifically), QuickBooks, and Apple computers required.
• Must be comfortable interacting with clients, agents, and executives.
• Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail required.
• Must work well in a team.
Hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday through Friday with an hour lunch. At this time, position will be in person with the possibility for hybrid scheduling after initial training period. Salary starts at $40,000 with insurance & benefits.
