At least one (1) year of experience at an agency or talent management company is required. We will require proof of previous experience if you are to be selected for an interview.
Daily duties for this position are listed below; however, the list does not fully depict the job as it is expansive, and the duties will grow as you grasp a complete understanding of your role within the company. You must be extremely confident in your own abilities, forward-thinking, think about the big picture, and be self-motivated. This job is designed for someone who wants to build a career in talent management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Submit clients on Breakdown Express
-Create client pitches
-Pitch clients
-Replying to emails
-Get InEntertainment training
-Keep casting directors address books up to date (emails, numbers, names)
-Daily reporting and communicating with the assistant and Vice President of Management
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Breakdown Express and Actors Access
-Interest and knowledge of the industry and its standards
-Self-aware and confident in skills and work performance
-Strong verbal communication, detail oriented, and self-motivated
-Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a growing organization
-Strong time management skills
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under changing priorities, deadlines, and daily time constraints
-At least 1 year of managing experience
This position works remotely and in-person!
Salary
This position is commission based.
