About the Position
The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are looking for a Manager, Corporate Development to help shape our evolving organizational growth strategy. In this role, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and delivering on strategic investments, growth opportunities, joint ventures, and incubating new lines of business. This position reports to the Director, Corporate Development.

This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
• Help define and formalize the process and principles by which we objectively evaluate and prioritize new opportunities
• Evaluate financial viability and strategic fit for potential new business opportunities
• Identify new monetization opportunities with an emphasis on leveraging unique GSW assets and expertise (global brand/IP, Chase Center, institutional media assets, Thrive City retail, etc.)
• Perform due diligence, including market/industry research and competitive analysis
• Research and evaluate new technologies, companies and trends that may play a role in the future of our business and with which me may want to engage
• Prepare presentations to share findings and recommendations internally
• Update and maintain summaries of business terms for live deals, track amendments and changes to terms over time, and prepare analyses of terms and financials to support ongoing negotiations
• Maintain database and pipeline of business development opportunities
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or venture capital/private equity
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; extensive experience with Excel (complex financial modeling) and PowerPoint is a must
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data efficiently; ability to translate data into narratives that drive decision-making
• Ability to influence partners at senior levels across the company
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail; experience developing and delivering engaging and impactful presentations
