GENERAL SUMMARY
This position must be able to handle high-pressure situations and work with a focused and positive attitude. Client management, multi-tasking, troubleshooting and organizational skills, along with dedication to the position and its responsibilities are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, schedule and coordinate projects in a fast paced environment, while keeping clients apprised of progress and timelines.
• Manage deadlines and responsibilities for graphics finishing.
• Interface with online and offline graphics as well as producers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors' degree, preferably in graphic design, technical illustration, art, communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 3 years experience as a coordinator or associate producer in the industry.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. C4d or Maya, general understanding a plus.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must demonstrate commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, consistency in work product.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with clients.
• Able to work late-shift 4p – 12p.
• Clear communicator. Gives directions well.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about design.
• An exceptional problem solver.
• Levelheaded, calm and functions well under stress.
