Collectively, our team draws from diverse industry experience across film ideation, production and concept art. We are looking for a bright go-getter to help us achieve our company goals.
We are looking for a results-oriented, resourceful team member to help support the development and production processes for our company projects as well as our internal operations. You will work alongside the projects team to help create and sustain best practices across internal personnel, international freelancers and vendors. In partnering with both the working teams and executive management, you will help ensure a day to day workflow that consistently delivers results that exceed expectations on time and under budget. You will also work with the CFO on reports, budgets and processing payments.
This is a full-time position for our Los Angeles office. Employees are in-person Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at our Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the project manager and senior producer to manage the day to day production of all ongoing projects
• Be responsible for liaising between vendors, clients, artists and internal departments to support projects from inception to delivery
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all internal team members
• Help identify and fill staffing needs for internal and freelancer positions
• Maintain and organize internal digital asset storage
• Help create project and company based budgets and reports
• Brainstorm, create content and draft copy for content across social media platforms (YouTube, BeHance, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, ArtStation, etc.)
• Handle administrative tasks on a daily and ad hoc basis
• Create marketing decks and look books for new projects and potential clients
• Embrace start-up environment with a ''can do'' attitude and appetite for learning
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of project/production coordinator experience
• Budgeting and basic bookkeeping experience
• Social media experience
• Exceptional organization, communication and time management skills
• Highly proficient in task management and budget management software
• Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles
• Adept at proactively identifying and resolving obstacles and issues
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong multitasking skills
Preferred:
• Experience within the VFX and/or Animation pipeline
