Seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer service focused individuals for COVID Testing Coordinator role. Individual will work remotely and on site depending on the production requirements. The role's work schedule is flexible but does require full-time (40-60 hours/week) commitment.Tasks include:
• Develop relationships with selected Test Facilities
• Collect and securely store Crew/Staff/Talent medical information
• Proper record keeping of test results and individual's statuses
• Collect invoices and verify accuracy from Testing Vendors
• Provide testing reports (costs, counts, and forecasts) to Production
• Communicate with labs and crew/staff regarding testing schedules and result notifications
• Work closely with COVID Compliance Supervisor regarding issues or positive test results
Qualifications:
• Strong email and phone communication skills required
• Customer Service experience a must
• Experience with shared Google Docs, Sheets, and/or other data entry software
• Familiarity with LabGen or similar preferred.
• Knowledge with COVID testing protocols and lab appointment processes preferred. Training is available for the right candidates
COVID-19 Protocols -
Individuals working in this position will need to follow testing and COVID protocols as standard for the industry and for the production. This does include mask wearing, social distancing, and sanitation. Some projects may require vaccination status. Each production will provide the COVID Safety Plan that outlines the specifics of what is expected of each individual.
Salary
Rate is $28-31.50/hour.
