In this role, you will be responsible for owning asset sourcing and management, leading creative routings and approvals, and maintaining content calendars for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and The Disney Bundle. You will develop the creative and content foundational resources to empower the team to take advantage of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brand, content, and resources to drive subscriber growth and engagement. The right person for this role has a strong creative eye combined with strong project management skills and excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Responsibilities
• Own the sourcing, management and delivery of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. creative assets needed across all Disney Bundle work-streams
• Lead creative routings for The Disney Bundle across all above-the-line and below-the-line channels, excluding Partnerships
• Develop and maintain a dynamic content tracker and asset repository applicable to The Disney Bundle and Growth Partner Marketing functions
• Work closely with team members to understand content and creative needs for The Disney Bundle and strategic growth partners, as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Creative Studio) for creative needs alignment and timelines required to meet campaign deadlines
• Understand and have working knowledge of our partners (internal and external) and growth initiatives
• Work closely with senior members of the team to pull reports and aggregate information for special projects
Basic Qualifications
• 2 years work experience; prior experience working in Entertainment, Media or a general Marketing-related role
• Strong creative intuition combined with a solid understanding of asset formats
• Detail oriented, with exemplary project management skills that enable you to hit deliverables on time
• Adept communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
• Experience coordinating promotional marketing assets and approvals
• A self-starter capable of working independently but also as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, collaborating across multiple internal and external teams
• AirTable & JIRA experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience at a premium streaming content provider
• Experience with AirTable & JIRA
