**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., Inc. is a Los Angeles based entertainment company involved in the development, financing, production, and worldwide sales of independent motion pictures and television programming. We are currently looking for an energetic, resourceful, take-charge individual to handle Marketing and Publicity. Candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have effective problem-solving skills. The role demands an overall familiarity with all aspects of film/tv distribution marketing and publicity. It requires communication with vendors, interfacing with producing teams and filmmakers, as well as domestic and international film markets and festivals.
Job responsibilities:
• Oversee creation of all marketing campaigns including sales promos, teaser posters and final delivery materials
• Liaison with our overseas and domestic distributors on film release publicity that includes managing interview requests, attendance at junkets, etc.
• Submit films to film festivals as part of overall launch strategy
• Coordinate logistics of film screenings at various festivals, from talent/executive travel to interview schedules
• Attend select markets and festivals and coordinate attendance for the company's sales and distribution staff
• Oversee unit publicity, unit photographer and EPK crew during film production
• Supervise and approve delivery of marketing materials from producers
• Service trade media with corporate/film press releases
• Oversee website and maintain day-to-day content
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of marketing/publicity experience
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
• Computer Skills: Experience with Photoshop and PowerPoint is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure of deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Additional Information
Employees are currently required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before entering Company offices unless they have been approved for an exemption or unless prohibited by applicable law
Current expectation is that this employee will work in the Company's office at least two days per week and work from home for the remainder of the week.
