Responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for the successful delivery of an exceptional employee experience with a focus on total rewards programs. You will utilize your excellent customer services skills and subject matter expertise to deliver benefits processes and programs. You will be an experienced benefits professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
• Investigate and respond to a wide variety of People & Culture related, employee inquiries ensuring a timely and exceptional employee experience.
• Resolve escalated, employee queries relating to benefits policies and procedures in accordance with knowledge articles and other sources.
• Partner closely with the Total Rewards COE, to ensure successful delivery of employee benefits programs, providing administrative support across a range of benefit programs and processes.
• Document all inquiries, issues and transactions using the case management system
• Act as an Administrator of our Benefits technologies, and educate employees on how to perform self-service transactions
• Manage relations with third-party vendors to ensure external services delivery.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across benefits processes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of one year of HR experience, preferably within an HR Operations team, Service Provider and/or Shared Services Environment
• Requires knowledge of HR Systems; preferably Success Factors.
• Requires knowledge of case management systems; preferably ServiceNow.
• Requires proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office Suite.
• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to analyze and recommend alternatives.
• The ability to prioritize and address competing demands is critical.
• Must possess a high degree of respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of HR and Payroll data.
• Must possess the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
