Full Time Job
Localization Coordinator will support the Timed Text Department and Project Managers. Coordinator will be responsible for contacting freelancers, vendors, creating schedules, tracking many assets and projects simultaneously, organizing order details, gathering information through several systems, and preparing detailed purchase orders to vendors. The Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Timed Text and Project Managers to ensure accurate data is reported, and orders are executed correctly, within budget, and on time.
Essential Functions
• Provide data entry of ordered and delivered content into various network systems/databases.
• Provide excellent customer & client support and care, addressing and resolving issues and requests, and escalating where needed
• Responsible for managing order preparation including but not limited to organizing content data, following up with various freelancers/vendors for missing material, and updating systems to track material delivered.
• Ability to handle and prioritize time-sensitive issues and materials.
• Ability to collect and relay accurate information about assets both verbally and written format to business partners and vendors.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Create and send POs
• Vet new freelancers and vendors and negotiate rates

Salary
Paid at an hourly rate (dependent on experience). Health care benefits available. Sick and vacation time benefits available
