Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
Our Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and engaging fanbases online through effective content and in turn growing overall audience and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage the audience growth and engagement strategy for social platforms across the APAC Networks portfolio
• Plan and schedule content strategy across digital platforms
• Work closely with the production team and talent to execute content plans
• Identify content opportunities with the marketing team and execute content rollouts to ensure persistent growth and high engagement
• Be a brand guardian for our social media content across all channels to ensure content has a strong tone of voice and represents our values
• Utilize digital content library for campaigns
• Manage a customer communication plan
• Manage internal and external stakeholders including international counterparts as well as social and digital agencies
• Deliver digital analysis reporting and insights / solutions
• Manage feeds for content syndication partners, Stuff.co.nz in New Zealand
• Closely work with our Tik Tok creative agency for content planning and platform growth strategies
• Collaborate with commercial sales teams to ideate & implement new digital products and partnerships
• Develop social amplification frameworks to align with client goals around commercial partnerships
• Work closely with commercial to feed into digital sales briefs/ideas
• Manage execution of commercial campaigns â€'' creative copy / captions and uploads
• Manage relationships with 3rd party content platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube and communicate best practice and market trends to wider team
• Manage eDM strategy and drive growth of customer base
• Manage digital budget according to business objectives
• Manage Singapore-based intern
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, market changes and digital products

The successful candidate should be:
• Self-reliant, resilient multitasker who is agile and thrives and a fast-paced environment

• A creative thinker with hands-on experience with creating content for brands
• Experience in implementing paid social media and digital/performance marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of social media management and reporting tools such as Emplify, Google Analytics and Campaign Monitor
• Software experience with Photoshop along with video editing software such as Premiere and Final Cut.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to build rapport, influence and lead good working relationships.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with ambiguity
