Seeking Personal/Administrative Assistant Immediately for Management Office
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
-heavy scheduling and calendar management
-Maintenance of personal/family calendar
-providing administrative and office organization support
-personal research projects
Working with another assistant on the following:
-covering scripts and projects for potential consideration
-scheduling, sending and confirming auditions and appointments
-maintaining client materials
-managing client's schedules and handling logistics
Our new team member will be friendly, focused, organized, and self-motivating. Must have an excellent work ethic, be honest, and dependable. Looking for someone who has a good disposition, has great communication skills, a self-starter, great time management, very specific attention to detail, and possesses an excellent ****-2 in the application.
