Role Summary:

The Sr. Manager will develop, implement and execute programs, initiatives and practices increasing representation with a lens towards diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). With a focus on above-the-line talent, the position requires working with global and domestic writers and directors, as well as on-camera strategies to increase representation for actors and voice talent. The Sr. Manager will also perform content assessments for material and/or assets tied to UFEG content. • Provide mid- and year-end stats for female and diverse on-camera talent as well as writers and directors, above-the-line, etc.
