The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Valet Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Valet Manager, you will manage valet supervisors, attendants, and shuttle drivers, ensure the safety of guest vehicles in the valet parking area, and maintain shuttle maintenance logs and service.

Responsibilities
Maintain and enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Ensure cars are parked and retrieved in a timely manner.
Work with the front office manager to coordinate bell staff with valet staff.
Ensure shuttles are running proper routes.
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and in managing valet operations.
Hold or willing to obtain an Arkansas Racing and Gaming Commission license.
2 to 3 years in a customer service environment or hospitality environment preferred.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, stoop and bend.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to work in cold and hot temperatures during the winter and summer months.
Ability to work in occasionally loud or smoky conditions.
