We are looking for a Talent Manager to lead our influencer outreach and assist with shoot production from our New York City office.

You’ll Report To: Senior Editor, Branded Content & Brand Strategy
A typical day as a Talent Manager Editor might include:
Creating and maintaining curated lists of potential influencers on Upfluence and tracking influencer usage across campaigns
Contributing to brainstorms with thoughtful influencer selections for upcoming programs
Providing compelling client-facing bios on suggested influencers (including engagement stats, links to handles, headshot, etc.) and revising selections based on client feedback
Managing all outreach, communication, and negotiation with influencers
Creating talent contracts and working with legal department when necessary
When necessary, attending shoots and events to manage talent onsite and be the liaison between W G team, client, and influencer to ensure influencers have a good experience
Sourcing, contracting, and booking additional talent such as models, stylists, and photographers
Sourcing and booking locations for video and photo shoots
Working with video and design teams to coordinate hair and makeup, props, and styling
Crafting an influencer-facing Well Good pitch deck to introduce the brand and highlight perks of working with us to talent
Flagging ongoing influencer/contract issues and working to resolve them, whether by updating our marketing proposals, IOs, talent contracts, or client communication process
You’ll be successful if you are creative, detail-oriented, and hyper-organized with a journalistic background.
What You Have:
1–3 years experience in a talent booking and/or production capacity
Familiarity with wellness brands and influencers (and passion for the wellness scene!)
Contacts in the influencer, model, and photography space
Amazing people skills to communicate professionally and effectively with influencers, agents, and clients
Experience crafting contracts and negotiating budgets and usage rights
Experience in the digital media/publishing space a plus!
Great organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet hard deadlines and keep track of multiple campaigns
Familiarity with content and project management systems (Asana a plus!)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large
