The Assistant, Strategic Creative Partnerships (SCP), provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Brand Partnerships while coordinating department activities with the team.
This person must be proactive, full of energy, and eager to thrive in an entertainment-focused, creative environment. Must be super organized, detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and be able to multi-task throughout the day.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer phones, arrange calendars and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Senior Vice President and Vice President
• Schedule meetings, request drive-on access for guests, and set up conference rooms for meetings
• Arrange travel and prepare expense reports as needed
• Processing and management of department invoices, expense authorizations, and submissions to Accounts Payable
• Assist the larger SCP team with logistics, travel, and set-up for any related activities
• Maintenance of internal documents and updating on a weekly basis. Owning and maintaining tracking grid for all working projects and proposals
• Assist the team with reviewing scripts and watching cuts for our current slate of programming
• Interact with internal departments, business partners and vendors coordinating SCP activities and logistics as needed
• Will work on SCP initiatives and projects as directed by the SVP
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Internet/tech-savvy
• Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Keynote
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor's degree and at least
• one year of related administrative experience
