**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Marketing Operations team is seeking a Motion Graphics Artist/Animator who will be an outstanding addition to our Branded Entertainment team. This role will be responsible for designing and animating motion graphics for a host of branded content pieces, as well as co-branded marketing assets for client campaigns. You will also build custom slates, end cards, and other motion graphics for standard **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. ad units, frequently utilizing both client assets as well as footage from **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Originals & Cultural Tentpoles. You should be incredibly creative and collaborative in your approach and able to work often with creative and business leads to come up with workable designs.
Responsibilities
• Foremost, an artist and a Storyteller
• Design and animate motion graphics elements (titles, interstitial cards, transitions, lower thirds, vfx, etc) for short form videos, promos, custom live-action ads, sizzles, and other video needs as they arise
• Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and creative leads to turn ideas into stunning visual elements
• Create and deliver ''Presented By'' and sponsorship attribution cards
• Work with creative team to ensure accurate visual representation of our brand partners and adherence to brand guidelines
• Provide mentoring and training as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years of motion graphics experience and/or combination of prior animation, visual effects, or live action production experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Highly skilled motion graphics animator with ability to use visual effects, animation and other cinematic techniques to bring stories to life
• Strong, developed sense of design, and an eye for typography and text layout.
• Experience across all phases of animation pipeline from storyboards through shot delivery through final delivery
• Must be self-directed with minimal supervision, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to others
• Bachelor's Degree in Film or related field desired, or equivalent experience
• Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working under tight schedules
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate balance of creativity and technical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate with all levels of executives, management and staff
• Understands Post Process and Deadlines
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
