Addison Group’s client is seeking a Sr. Talent Manager to join their team in Washington DC! The ideal candidate will have 5 years of workforce planning and full life-cycle recruiting experience and excellent time management skills.
Job Description:
Lead all internal talent acquisition
Support the full recruiting life cycle through sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.
Develop great relationships with internal stakeholders
Maintain a diverse pipeline of excellent candidates
Follow and improve upon best recruiting practices
Ensure an excellent candidate experience
Network and develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities
Manage HR projects such as the onboarding process to ensure engagement in new hires
Organize and lead projects, talent events, etc.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR laws
Prepare and update company policies
Collaborate with company department heads
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5 years of workforce planning and full life-cycle hands-on recruiting experience
Knowledge of all HR functions
Ability to meet talent needs
Experience developing a diverse network of candidates
Experience collaborating with department heads and acting as a consultant and expert in hiring needs
Flexible with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Negotiation skills
Extremely organized with great ability to prioritize and manage time well
Great attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
