Music Collaboration App (Web, iOS, and Android)
Looking to create a simple app to allow professional singers and musicians to collaborate remotely more easily using computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Basic functionality will be comparable to [login to view URL]
Two types of users: Conductors and creators
Conductor launches a project. They can include a video (i.e. conducting) or a pre-made metronome cadence, or a PDF for sheet music. They invite creators privately, or post publicly.
Creators: Accept invitations or join public projects. When they use the app the conducting video or metronome is timed with audio and/or video recording, or the sheet music turns according to a rate preset by the conductor. So every video recorded is the exact same length, and timed perfectly (same frame rate etc). They can create multiple drafts and select one to submit.
Conductors are able to download all submitted content, and able to give others permissions to download the submitted content.
Must be able to work with internal and external devices (i.e. microphones and cameras).
Prefer hosting on AWS, but open to alternatives. Currently considering implementation as a PWA using Ionic to make it easier to manage cross-platform development, but looking for better options.
Work will need to be done in a private repo I set up on GitHub so I can test it remotely and view progress over time. Well work out a progress-oriented payment structure in advance based on development milestones.
