Violin Teaching Position

Profile

: The studio is a Suzuki and Alexander Technique based music academy. Currently all students who take private lessons have access to online music theory lessons guided by the teacher, Alexander Lessons and an opportunity to participate in one of the three levels of a weekly group class.
Duties
: In person Violin Lessons
Availability for recitals
Monitoring and providing weekly theory assignments via the studios MusicFirst Classroom portal
Qualifications
: Registered Suzuki teacher training through Unit 6 at minimum
Ability to do in person lessons
Undergrad degree in music (preferred but not required)
Salary
: The studio pays teachers on a tiered system. The longer the student is with the teacher the higher percentage the teacher makes from the students tuition. Also, students that are sourced by the teacher make 80% of the students tuition automatically. Performance opportunities and bonuses available.
