we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented singer for Africa’s first Kid’s Superhero TV Series, Super Sema! Having heard your demo we think you would be a great fit!
Notes for our singer:
- 15-22 year old black female voice, enthusiastic and fun
- Soprano preferred
- able to record ASAP
- able to record at our composers studio in Leytonstone, East London; OR remotely, if you have studio setup at home, and we can join on video call to give a bit of direction
- Having sung for the guide track I expect this session will take you 1 hour
- The payment is £60
Kukuas new African animated series “Super Sema” will premiere globally with Wildbrain and just might be the wake-up call the children’s entertainment industry needs right now. The STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) powered superhero series, aimed at kids 4-7, follows the daring adventures of Sema, a super African girl who, along with her brother MB, uses her STEAM powers, confidence, and imagination to save their village from an evil robotic ruler. She is a role model for the Gen Alpha generation, which gets its name from being the first generation entirely born in the 21st century. GenAlphas are the children of the Millenials and are not only the most diverse and globally-minded generation ever, they lived their entire lives with technology at their fingertips. They are ready to solve the world’s biggest problems with their STEAM skills, resourcefulness and out-of-the-box thinking.
